As the innovation director, one of my biggest tasks for the year is to organize the innovation summit in Singapore attended by folks globally. Today was the summit - after months of preparation and the day lasted for a good 11 hours for me. At the end of the day, the feedback from the participants was very positive, the outcome was considered strong and seemed like we had managed to sufficiently prep to avoid or manage any surprises. Thus one of my biggest tasks for the year was completed successfully, and am a happy employee!
