My dad arrived this morning for a short visit. And along with him also arrived a carton of mangoes fresh and directly from the orchard, bananas, banana chips, jackfruit chips, jalebis, mysore paks,the books that I had ordered through Flipkart and were delivered to our place in Kerala, my mom's preparation of prawn pickle and tender mango pickle, a top that I had given for alteration, a collection of medicines, a repaired mixer and even a safety valve for a pressure cooker. My mom was the mastermind behind a lot of these items and my dad was the faithful transporter.
I can safely say that am their happy kid for the day.
